I had an issue with a straightener brush I purchased a few months back, so I reached out to the customer support team. I got a quick reply from one of their representatives, Anne, who was super helpful. She checked my order number and let me know that the item I bought is still under warranty. She asked if I wanted a replacement sent out, and I said yes, so she went ahead and submitted the request. All in all, I’m pretty happy with the service I got, as Anne addressed my concerns in a quick and friendly way. Now, I can’t wait to get a working unit and see what all the buzz is about. She assisted me immediately and even hung on while I searched for my 17-digit order number. "Absolutely Adoring This Item"
Up to now, I'm really enjoying this item! My hair is super curly, tangled, and thick, and using a straightener is usually a hassle since it takes ages to section and straighten it. I ran this brush through my hair, and it took just 6 minutes to get it all straightened out, which totally blew my mind! It's incredibly simple to use and heats up in no time. I really wish I had bought it earlier!
